The Hudson Atlantic Land Company was established in 2005 and has been involved in over $400 Million Dollars of Real Estate transactions. Prior to establishing his own real estate company Mr. Perl was an investment sales broker at Eastern Consolidated Properties, Inc. He joined the firm in November 1999 and was appointed senior director in March 2001. Mr. Perl specialized in the sales of mid-size office properties in the $30,000,000 to $40,000,000 price range. In the five year period that Mr. Perl was involved in investment sales he completed over $200 million dollars of real estate transactions. Mr. Perl is a licensed Real Estate broker and is listed in the 2003-2004 Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals. Mr. Perl served as Vice President for The Big Brothers and Sisters of New York City from 2000-2002 and was on the Board of Directors for the Pleasantville Ambulance Corps. Mr. Perl is the recipient of the “Lou Gans Award” for his fund raising efforts for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Mr. Perl is a regular guest lecturer at the NYU Graduate Center for the Master of Science in Real Estate Program. Mr. Perl attended SUNY College at Stonybrook, New York and then spent 4 years in Copenhagen, Denmark where he completed his studies in an International Business Program at the University of Denmark.
